Non-workout days Planned/Taken: 7/12. I was down and out sick for the last week of the month and got off to a slow start at the beginning of the month. Blah.
Half Marathons planned/completed: 0/0. No time to get out of town. Lots of kids' basketball to watch.
Highest Mileage Week: 24. How to string 4 or 5 of these together?
Long Runs Planned/Ran: 4/3.
Spin Class Workouts Planned/Spun: 0/0. Really not interested in spinning ever again. Not sure why.
Swim Yards Planned/Swum: 750/750.
Weight (Abs) Circuits: 0/0. Bad. Bad.
Current Ache/Pain: **Knock on wood** Nothing. Attributed to a low mileage month and zero fast miles.
Current Wish List: Alma's favorite Smartwool socks. My other socks keep bunching under my toes. These don't, and no blisters. Man, these suckers are expensive, but I'm ready to commit. Hoping to find a good deal at my REI.
Current Drink: Diet Pepsi and water.

Current Gratitude: Local running friends who stick to a schedule week in a week out. I'm lucky to be able to drop in on their routines when I'm available. Running with friends is much more fun than running alone.
Current Dislike (s): Red light cameras. I'm afraid to check the mail.
Current Goal: To continue to build a mileage base. To not get upset about being sick and losing a week of training last week.
Current Treat: Treats? No treats, treats are bad.
Current Excitement: The Georgia Publix Half Marathon on St. Patrick's Day! State #20! Since it's in Atlanta, I'm wondering if we can visit the Double Divas lingerie store. Yes, I've been watching too much mindless TV.

You had a great month despite how busy you have been. I am sure that basketball is keeping you very busy right now. Really jealous of your upcoming trip to GA. You are going to have so much fun!
Those are the socks I run in too. If you're lucky, you can find them half off at Nordstrom Rack.
That is a GREAT month, considering the zombie plague.
The fact that A plays so much bball and you go to every game + getting sick and sitting out a week = 66 amazing miles. I seriously don't know how I will fair with running when I start a family.

My Feb was pretty light too. SO JEALOUS of your trip to ATL. You have to do some big cheering up of EK. So sad she's injured.
