My thighs were sore from Friday's squats, but the run felt good. I have no intention of setting any speed records while my focus is on the weights. 6.01 miles, 1:04:05.
In Paleo food news, check out this banana pancake recipe (keep scrolling waaaay down). Bananas, Nuttzo (or chunky almond butter), eggs and optional dark chocolate chips on top. They didn't photograph well, but are delicious and no need for syrup.

Friday: Circuit then swim
Saturday: 8 miles
Sunday: Circuit then Yoga
